We offer express delivery to most locations with tracking available. Express shipping is generally 3–5 working days for the US. Please allow a bit of extra time. An adult signature for delivery on all packages.

Signature Requirements for Delivery

For your protection, We insures and registers all items for their full value. We requires that all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. We also require an adult to sign for the delivery of any orders in value.

Orders received before 3 p.m. EST on business days will process the same day. Orders received after 3 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Since we hand-craft and hand-select each and every order, our shipping times vary from product to product. Our estimated delivery time will be between 3-5 days working days. Currently, we ship only in the USA. 



We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Order Tracking

    All shipped orders can be tracked online. You can find your tracking number two ways:

    Check the shipping confirmation email we sent you (this should arrive in your inbox within 72 hours of purchase). The email will contain a tracking link if there’s one available. If that doesn’t work:

    What if my order doesn’t arrive?

    If your order doesn’t arrive within the maximum estimated time-frame we’ll send out a replacement. Simply email our support team with your order details.

    How do I cancel my order?

    Contact within 24–48 hrs of placing your order. That way we should be able to catch any transaction settlement and shipping before it goes through. Anything after this window will be treated as a regular refund.
